New dishes for Wednesday

Below are some new dishes I have been working on and will be going on the menu on Wednesday, if you want o know more then come to eat at Tudddenham Mill...........

Starters

Poached parsnip, Alexander soup, egg yolk, baked oats

Skate wing, potato juice, pine nuts, sea vegetables

Pigs head terrine, chorizo jam, watercress, beetroot

Main Course

Celeriac tart, charred leeks, parmesan, hazelnut oil

Dessert

Whipped sea buckthorn, rhubarb, crispy rice, toasted meringue
