New dishes for the 21st January

I have made some changes to the menu at Tuddenham Mill 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts. The changes will come into effect on friday the 21st January.

When I buy my new fancy camera Ill put some pictures on here. The Changes are listed below.

Starters

Mackerel 52° C, plum emulsion, toast, radish

Slow- cooked beef short rib, button mushrooms, candied hazelnuts

Mains

Yorkshire hare, celeriac, shallots, smoked Pink Fir Apple potato

Red gurnard, pork neck carpaccio, smoked roe, fennel, curly kale

Desserts

Bitter chocolate tart, carrot granita, caraway

Banana cake, white chocolate, coriander ice cream
