Menu changes for the 12th of March

I am making some small changes to the menu on Saturday the 12th of March. Spring is creeping in and there are some amazing ingredients coming through already. I have some beautiful baby cucmbers from a local grower in a nearby village. Ramsons are starting to slowly come through, and I have the most amazing wild spring onions that are also called 3 flower leeks, simply char-grilled with stunning Goosnargh duck breast.

Come down to Tuddenham Mill and taste for yourselves.

“Corn-fed chicken wings, brown shrimp, local baby cucumber, chicory purée”

“Goosnargh duck breast, broccoli, smoked garlic, peanuts, wild spring onion”

“Lamb rump and shoulder, feta, smoked potato, red onion fondue”

    I do love Khmer. I'm proud of being Khmer new generation human rcsruoee. Now I'm in France. Although My name is foreign name, all my my attitude is Khmer. I'm here to promote Khmer. I'm trying to let foreigner know about our culture, our language..etc. I'm presenting about Khmer to all students in first year and second year soon in this month,January. So Khmer has foreign, It doesn't mean that they forgot Khmer. 0
