Menu changes for the 12th of March
I am making some small changes to the menu on Saturday the 12th of March. Spring is creeping in and there are some amazing ingredients coming through already. I have some beautiful baby cucmbers from a local grower in a nearby village. Ramsons are starting to slowly come through, and I have the most amazing wild spring onions that are also called 3 flower leeks, simply char-grilled with stunning Goosnargh duck breast.
