Forage for your dinner
At Tuddenham mill June the 18th Miles Irving from 'Forager' is taking some of our customers on an early morning hunt around the local, hegerows, streams and woods. He will be sharing his expert knowledge of the land and what is edible. After the forage we will head back to the mill where Myself and Miles will demonstrate some of the ingredients we find. After the demonstration me and my team will prepare a tasting menu around what we find in the wild for the guests involved.
