Dingley dell flying visits at Tuddenham mill
For one night only Tuddenham mill has a cracking line up of chefs cooking a pork feast on the 17th of April. The evening will start with a spot of foraging around our meadows, followed by some piggy canapés and a butchery demonstration from direct meats. Mark Haywood will give a little talk about his fantastic pig farm Dingley Dell, then come the chefs, we have dishes by some of the best young chefs in the UK right now (see below). The menu will be 5 courses, canapés, coffee/tea petit fours for a bargin of £55 per head, with wines to match 3 courses at £15 per head. We are also offering a special rate on the bedrooms starting at £130.
